In other words if there is a meltdown there is likely a sensory tool that can reset the body so it doesn't, "FEEL LIKE IT'S FREAKING OUT!".  Behaviors come in many different forms. They are identified in the behaviors icon above. You can also click the links bellow. Here are a few to give you an ideas;

Behaviors and "The Diet"
 By learning to observe the behaviors, you will naturally start to notice a patterns of over or under stimulation and when they occur. Sometimes it's during a certain situation other times at a certain point in the day. As you become aware of the circumstances or times that are causing struggles and you begin to identify the behaviors, a sensory diet can be created to avoid those meltdowns. A simple example of this is wearing headphones in a loud place, but it can get much more complex. Especially if there are multiple areas of sensory over stimulation or under stimulation. If the thought seems overwhelming, don't worry that is the very point of this site! To walk you through creating a sensory diet that will suite your needs.
